Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because the item is unavailable or we cannot deliver to your address, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

We may decline or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud.

You first select your bundle (as stated, the price shown in the bundle selector is for each unit you purchase, so if you buy the bundle of 2 and it says £12.98/each, the total price will be £25.96).

Before you pay, you can check the total amount with all the discounts in the order summary. You can then pay securely and check a last time the total amount with the 3DS technology. You will also receive a confirmation email with the order details and the total amount.

We are not responsible if you select the wrong bundle or don't check the order summary. But if you made a mistake and contact us within 24h after the order, we can correct it or cancel it.

Prices are shown in the currency selected for your delivery country and include VAT where it applies.

The amount shown on the checkout page is the amount charged. We do not add fees after the fact, and we do not bill in a different currency from the one you were quoted.

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy, which forms part of these terms.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

The product is intended for use on automotive paintwork, on light surface scratches, scuffs and oxidation. It is not intended for deep scratches that have gone through to primer or bare metal.

Follow the instructions supplied. Test on a small, inconspicuous area first. We are not responsible for damage caused by use contrary to the instructions.

Our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the order was made.

Text, images and video on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our consent.

Customer reviews and testimonials describe individual experiences. Results vary with the surface, the depth of the mark, and how the product is used.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction, and you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
